Trump has given up pretending that he has any defense for the multiple crimes with which he’s charged. He’s just claiming that he can’t be punished for them.

Hi there, fellow tinnitus endurer here. One of the several reasons I generally stick with gin (besides the fact that I just like it) is that it doesn"t seem to aggravate my ringing as much. Sweeter things tend to hurt-- rums, flavored vodkas, overly sugary alcohols. And I’ve never had a good time with red wines, particularly woody reds.
If I’m going to have one cocktail, I can pretty much have one of whatever I want. Just one, though. If it’s a multiple-cocktail evening, bring on the gin.
