Right? I got my mom to make lemon bars with graham cracker crust out of her batch last year (stupidly delicious, btw). This year is limoncello I’ve now decided. Good call.

Some friend of my mom’s gave her about 4,000 lemons and I inevitably ended up with some. I elected to Indian style pickles out of them and for a first attempt it was perfectly acceptable.

We made lemon marmalade a few years ago. It was pretty good, but the limoncello is what’s on the radar.
