I was chuckling about him yesterday. Two years ago Yankee Fan was touting him as a superstar, and anybody who suggested otherwise was simply stupid. I’m sure he’ll enjoy his time on 100-loss team.

I think Valdez would likely be taken the Rule 5 draft this offseason anyway. I don’t know about Abreu’s status.

It’s nauseating when I am driving from VT to MD and I pop on WFAN to hear whatever game is on as I drive thru NY. That is definitely the thinking with fans and pundits alike.
This is one of the reasons that I continue to pay the Sirius/XM fee: I can listen to whatever game I want regardless where I happen to be driving.
I do this with the MLB app. Best $20 I spend every year.
