Abreu should only be used in mop up situations. I do not understand why he is being used in close games still.

When Pittsburgh went up 6-4 last night in 6th inning, I wasn’t even mad or depressed. Just resigned to the fact that this team is not good and that fact won’t change for the foreseeable future.
When Hunter comes off the IL, Abreu should be DFA’d and Burrows should be put in the bullpen.
I’m not sure what needs to be done with Burrows. I’m not sure that we could survive watching both him and Abreu serving up baseballs on a tee out of the bullpen. He needs to serve up meat balls in AAA instead of the Astros.
