Javier doesn’t have good enough stuff to not have absolute command. With neither, it’s just BP.

I just don’t understand how you look good in April and May and turn into a completely different guy from June on. No injury has been reported, either. Javier just lost his ability to command his fastball and slider out of nowhere.

I don’t think he’s right physically.
I watched him in the last Yankees game go from ‘electric stuff’ to ‘totally gassed and throwing pus’ in about 70 pitches. He’s lost velocity and has zero stamina.
I’m definitely experiencing discomfort watching him.
