Ow. He should be back before the end of the season, might not even go on the 60-day, but still. Ow.
As an Acuña owner, I feel your pain.
Sounds like injury bug is hitting everyone.
Been holding off on the bitching but this is ridiculous. I continue to get hammered. I need 10 IL spots…and that’s after punting on guys and releasing them because I have no other options because I can’t keep a third of my active roster spots filled with injured players. Crazy.

Congratulations to BillyD’s Resurgence and Rainbow Guts for their seasons, to @DVauthrin for another one with his stewardship, and to the rest of the managers for another enjoyable season and some hard-fought battles for finishes. Thanks to all of you!

Missed it by THAT much! Congratulations BillyD, really enjoyed the competition and can’t wait until next season for another shot at it, whenever that may be. Thanks everyone for making this league so great to be involved in!

Congrats to @BillyD for another hard-fought championship and everyone in the league for playing again this season.
It’s always my pleasure to help run this longstanding league and keep it alive.

This season was a disaster for me across the board. Turns out I didn’t have any real mojo beyond being lucky enough to have Judge and Soto. Injuries to both of them crushed me, along with some dreadful draft choices, especially on the pitching side. Nowhere to go but up in ‘27, looking forward to playing again.

I came out of the draft thinking “alright, this year I’ve finally got some pitching, now I’ll do something”. Ha! Underperformance, injury, general crapitude, and an offense remarkably similar to the Astros’ left me in the bottom half. Again.
ETA: And if Austin Riley is on my team again next year, somebody please send someone for a wellness check.

Sorry for delayed response. I’ve been on vacation. Thanks to all for the kind words and congrats to Tralfaz. I thought you had me for sure heading into the last day or two. I had maxed damn near all positions out and had nothing left. I got lucky but would rather be lucky than good any day. I’m glad I signed back up. It was a lot of fun.
DV and RB…thank you for keeping the league going. I think the changes you made regarding roster size and IP’d to accommodate less owners worked out well and as designed. Great work.
Now on to The Void…dammit!

Congrats to Billy D! Meanwhile I even failed to tank completely enough to get the first draft pick next season.
Do I send my $20 to the same place as last year?
You can send it to me again the same way. We will pay out first and second, as follows:
First: $120
Second: $60
Everyone other than @billyd and @Tralfaz can send me their $20 either via paypal (davidv2001@yahoo.com), Apple Pay or Zelle (832-495-8382).

These guys are getting rich off my misfortune.
I’m satified with their wealth as long as I can finish ahead of you and Austro.
