Just this morning I was listening to XM and Bowie’s “Cat People” came on, one of my favorites (Stevie Ray gives his guitar a workout on it). I was hoping that wasn’t a portent for today’s game.
Bowie, Giorgio Moroder, Nile Rodgers and SRV? What’s not to like.
I remember that being a weird movie.
Definitely an odd movie, but Nastasia Kinski, so it’s got that going for it.
I’ve used those lyrics before in pieces in the GZ just to see who would pick up, and as I recall Ron Brand and chuck picked it up immediately.

I was always too scared of Klaus Kinski to be fully attracted to her.
Klaus was kind of scary because he was an imposing figure as an actor but in reality he was scrawny as fuck and as a result did nothing to quell my attraction to his daughter.
But damn, that was 43 years ago.
Yes, this is a refrain that I am uttering all too frequently lately.
