Actually I remember it was Ozzie that scored from second, McGee from third, on the same sac fly.
ETA: 1982 World Series, Game 4 : Tommie Herr hit a sacrifice fly that allowed Willie McGee to score from third and Ozzie Smith to score from second, contributing to the Cardinals’ lead before they ultimately lost the game 7-5.
