I know lots of folks hate Straw, but I still think he can play. MM can call me a stupid SOB too when all is said and done.

The Machete fly was just deep enough that Seattle had to respect that Correa might run and not cut it off to keep the trail runner honest (or cut him down).

Resulted in a run.

Crawford…who apparently got his name sewn on his uniform straight this year…flies out F9

Just referencing Forrest Gump

That’s a Forrest Gump line, not directed at you.

T5:

Haniger flies out F8

Whatever. I went out on a limb for Straw and will take whatever I deserve.

T5:

France…full count…lines out softly to SS

4-1 Astros

I like how quickly Urquidy works.

Lieutenant Dan’s history of having a family member die in each American war was an autobiographical note of the author Winston Groom.

He wrote a pretty good/entertaining book on the outbreak of WWII called 1942.

I’d be happy to lend someone my copy but I loaned to a former coworker who moved to Miami and never returned it. Bastard.

With the roof open tonight…I wonder if you can see tonight’s super moon from the yard

“Forrest Gump” is not a very good book, but the sequel was literally one of the five worst books I’ve ever read.

B5:

Bregman taps back to the mound, but Sheffield boxes it…it’ll be ruled a hit

Bergman hitting weak grounders is a common theme.

Alvarez…0-2…1-2…strikes out looking at a pitch at his ankles…ouch

ROBOT. UMPS. NOW.

What is the deal about Henderson tonight? Sound is muted.

That was not a strike.

Yordan just got absolutely fucked on that pitch.

That’s fucking terrible, blue.

I don’t remember that from Forrest Gump.
