Massive play Miami, 77 yards into the redzone on the first play
Props to Rece Davis calling this game too. Dude has been up for like 20 hours at this point and wasnāt scheduled to call this game but filled in for an emergency. His voice is basically gone but heās still going
3rd and 20 from the Cal 25 for Miami. 0:47 seconds left
Tech and Zona also playing a close game. Tech just took the lead by 2 with around 2 minutes left
Huge fumble by McMillan gives the ball back to Tech on the first play of the Zona drive. Zona does have all 3 timeouts and the 2 minute warning but Tech is already in FG range up 2
Miami TD with 26 left, if they make the PAT they lead
Itās good. 39-38 Miami with 26 seconds to go. No timeouts for Cal
Tech TD and that just about does it, up 9 with 1:53 left
Miami picks off Cal and finishes the comeback. Wow
35-10. Cal was up 35-10, in the 3rd quarter.
Anything else?
Refs were all friendly up Miamiās ass. Other than that?
Texas Tech beats Arizona 28-22. Big road win for Joey McGuire and the Red Raiders.
Man, I know Iāve said this a few times, but what a fucking insane day. After nearly 17 hours of sports, Iām finally going to bed. Holy shit that was awesome.
Iām glad thereās a game on this morning so I can kind of clear my brain before the Texans play. Yeah, yesterday was nuts.
Ugh.
Went to the game in Tucson.
My alma mater looked nothing like the team that dismantled the 2 Utes last weekend.
Nice to renew the old Border Conference rivalry, but what a lackluster performance by the Cats.
Had a lot of fun making new friends with some TTU folks at the drink-up after the game, though.
A couple of them were also Houston Astros baseball club backers which is always nice.
College football is unpredictable at times, just ask Alabama, TCU, Tennessee, etc.
A lot of turnovers, Tech just made more of theirs. I guess next year in Lubbock.
Border Conference forever!!
They freaking nailed it.
Even the outro.
Was coming here to post this. Pure greatness
