I believe his point was along the lines of “it’s good to have your backup QB game-ready in case of disaster”, which is something I hope all UT fans learned in 2009
The offense looks, somewhat competent. Iowa has been one of favorite teams to watch the last few years, I’ll still watch them but with less joy

And a pretty spectacular copy of the turnover sword the University of Arizona introduced last season. I guess Johnny Nansen, Bill Norton, and Tiaoalii Savea weren’t the only ones making the trip from the Old Pueblo to Austin during the offseason.
Sark was running out the clock with 10 minutes left. Getting some game minutes of snaps in an environment he’s never seen before, even it it’s 75% handoffs? Yeah, I don’t see how that hurts anybody.
Not a huge deal either way.
