So I googled DJ Screw. Apparently he was a DJ who overdosed on purple drank like 25 years ago. To suggest he’s as famous as Beyoncé is a little bizarre to me, but at least I now know he was a real person.

I bet more people know who Dennis Quaid is than DJ Screw. But DJ Screw was very influential and prolific and gained nationwide fame in the rap game after his death.

I took my son to the Dynamo conference semi final game this past season. We had a nice lunch at Ninfa’s before the game. When we arrived at the stadium and saw a trill burger pop up my kid glared at me and complained he was too full to try one and it was my fault.
