I know he left men on for the grand slam; I meant only from his pitches.
A better question is why the fuck is he still on the big league roster.

Well, I don’t know why he’s in the rotation so I’m not sure I can help.
If Burrows is allowed to make one more start for this team, one or both of Brown/Espada should be fired. Leaving him in as long as they did tonight was flat out stupid. Burrows has done nothing to earn any kind of trust. He should spend the rest of the season in AAA learning how to locate his pitches and not placing them on a tee at the major league level. He’s killing this team.

Chandler Rome stated this morning that Burrows’ ability to go “deep” into games has benefited the team by resting the bullpen.
