I even remember when we had reason to think there was competence at some level of the organization. Those were the days.
As the years tick by the organization seems to be fading back into the woodwork of the way most other teams are run.
This is what I have noticed as well. Nothing seems special about them anymore. When they do well, it’s because individuals on the team do well. There does not seem to be a data-informed design to gameplay or a cohesive teambuilding strategy at play here. I hope I am wrong.
