You could have said the same about Ort starting the 7th inning with the Astros now ahead. Abreu or Tayler Scott should have been in from the start of the inning.
He’s saving Abreu for extra innings.

Perhaps, but it’s August 9 and the Astros have to win every day from here on out. At least go to Scott to start the seventh if you have Abreu penciled in for the eighth due to Pressly being unavailable.

Ort is not one of the Astros primary relievers, yet. Considering yesterday was an off day, I stand by my statement that he shouldn’t have started the seventh inning after the Astros took the lead.
That said, he got his man in Rafaela.
