You mean Smith?..I have to admit as it was happening I had mixed feelings. On one hand, I didnât want him to have to face Seager, but on the other Smith killed them the night before and Framber had pitched Seager really well earlier in the game, so I thought âyou have to be careful with this guy tooâ. Just a tight spot and Framber threw a bad pitch to a really good hitter.
The first walk was erased by the DP but did show he didnât have any command left.
Which, as Pressly can tell you, was a familiar refrain.
