Good interview with Gavin Dickey on Chandler Rome’s podcast. Unfortunately they don’t have an audio engineer and there’s a high-pitched ringing from Dickey’s mic the whole time, but if you can stand that, he talks about his background, the changes he’s seen the org go through since he was hired (under Ed Wade!), plus notes on Cam Smith, Walker Janek, Chase Jaworsky, Miguel Ullola, Joseph Sullivan…
