Searching desperately for a positive takeaway: Weiss can probably handle a spot in the rotation.
The positive so far this season was McCullers’s start. We’ll see how long that lasts
I just don’t see how many more appearances you can give Munoz. He’s certainly not going to last the season.

I had no idea who he was the first time he pitched, he’s cemented his spot in the mound of “that guy played for the Astros?” players
It should not be possible to miss that badly with 4 straight fastballs.

I’m not sure I saw Javier throw a fastball for a strike all night, either.
Yainer swung at all of them
He definitely has me the most concerned. I don’t believe he will ever get back to the 94-96mph range with fastball. Couple that with lack of command and it probably ain’t gonna be pretty results moving forward. Extending pitchers early is one risky proposition.
