Not watching. If there were runners on the corners when Altuve singled, how did a run not score? Was there some question whether it would be caught?

There were runners at 2B and 3B. It was a high chopper to 3B and the contact play was on. Except Chas didnāt get the memo I guess. I assumed, as one would, that he would advance if a play is made on a preceding runner. But he was picking daisies.
Thatās exactly what happened. Even with 3B vacated. No idea what the hell Chas was thinking
Just went back to rewatch, and he just stood there at 2B, even though there was a play at the plate and no one was covering 3B. Unbelievable
