I don’t think the mechanics are exactly the same.
HPU was really good tonight, by the way, he called the zone very consistently. It can be done.
So I had to miss the game tonight (I’ve had to miss most of them due to work recently).
But, I do love this board. I cautiously checked the latest post in this thread. I saw that there was a brief comment on the quality of the ump. I knew right then that they won and I could actually stomach looking at MLB.com before going to sleep and not toss and turn after a loss to the fucking Rangers.
Had the one sentence I read had a slightly different tone, I would have closed the phone and read about it tomorrow. Instead, I’m writing this and will be looking over the box score. Thanks!
