I know its basically unheard of for an MLB manager to be fired within his first season.

How long before his job is in jeapordy? I realize its much more than just the manager but this team is not playing good baseball and its physical AND mental.

If Espada is retained how do they turn this around? Because as bad as Jose Abreu and the leverage relievers have been, you can point to several other things as well.

Yep, not even remotely close.
As for Espada, the only way he gets canned is if he’s lost the room in a dramatic way.
Whatever mistakes he’s made he didn’t tell Pressly and Hader to give up 19 runs so far this season.
