Astros at Mariners, July Twentieth, Twenty Twenty-Five

Two runs feels pretty insurmountable with today’s group.

Maybe so, but this isn’t on coaching. The Astros just don’t field a Major League team right now.

Garver hit by the first pitch of the fifth.

They can’t keep anybody healthy and can’t get anybody healthy. Also they seem utterly mystified by bones and the breaking thereof. “How can you tell? Nobody knows!”

The injuries are not the coaches nor the medical staff’s fault.

Brown now getting the shit squeezed out of him.

1-out walk to Mastrobuoni, the nine hitter. Brown has just fallen apart

Make those bones heal faster!

“Turn those machines back on!”

Are we just getting all of the bad umps, or are they all terrible now? It’s like they’re giving everyone the middle finger on the way to the robozone next year.

They’re all terrible. And yes, it’s just a big “fuck you” because they’ve sucked themselves out of jobs.

Sparks and Ford are already spending their time dwelling on Mariners history of naming and mascots.

Rodriguez with a 2-out RBI single.

Kyle Tucker’s bruised shin and Yordan’s muscle strain agree. Pena’s day-to-day for weeks (months?) and Jake is good to go. Best fucking medical staff in the business!

Rodriguez swipes 2B. Two RISP

Who is the Aussie doing color on the M’s tv broadcast?

Yeah, they would have healed a lot faster if the Astros medical staff would have tweeted something.

End of four, 3-0 Mariners

After four innings, Mariners are up 3-0. Not too sure that’s a deficit this lineup can come back from.

God I don’t want to relitigate this but Tucker and Yordan saw multiple specialists around the country.

Pena has a broken rib, those don’t just heal overnight. Last time I broke one was from a fall…it hurt like hell for a few days until I sneezed and felt it fully crack. I was down for a few weeks after that and I’m no ballplayer.
