A gimlet is gin, lime juice and simple syrup. The French version cuts out a little of the gin and the syrup for the elderflower liqueur, which is plenty sweet.

Singleton was leaking oil but he made it.

Dubon didn’t need to try and advance there to help Singleton score, but I’m not complaining about that inning
