It was 0 for 20 or so.
McT says 0-11
Ok. Trust his arithmetic. I’ve been drinking.
Javier coming in.
Blue Jays stay live with a win. How cool would a 4-way tie for the two Wild Card spots be?
Rays up 4-1 on FTY in the 9th
Tor beat Balt 6-4
BoSox up 4-2 on Was in the 9th
CWS up 5-1 on Det in the 7th
I actually feel like a three way tie for one or two spots would be more chaotic. Four way tie just breaks down into two games, winners take the two spots.
Then here’s my preference: Seattle wins out, Sox go 1-1, Yankees get swept. That puts the Yankees, Red Sox, and Jays in a ménage a trios.
Rays stomping their dicks in the 9th.
Yankees are losing 4-1 in the bottom of the 9th, 1 out.
Stanton singles in the LCF gap and is breaking it down at first, and their LF fields the ball and chucks it a mile over 2nd. Stanton advances to 2nd.
Rays go in to a 4 infielder shift on the right side of second.
Stanton walks to 3rd, stealing it without a throw.
Gallo bunts for a free single and RBI to the left side, Ray infielder had to run a mile and make a miracle stop to keep it from being a bunt double.
4-2 Rays.
But you have to give credit to Gallo for bunting on the shift. More hitters need to do that.
Urshella singles, winning run at the plate in Gardner, 1 out.
I don’t give credit to Gallo for anything
Gardner singles…4-3…tying run at 2B, winning at 1B
Singles through the shift, 4-3 Rays. 1 out.
Defensive juggernaut Gary Sanchez PH now. Winning run on 1st, tying on 2nd.
You mispelled it. It’s jugger-not.
Sanchez down on strikes
No no, greatest defensive catcher of our time!
Stinky with Yankees last chance…
