That is true, and has been hashed out here before. The vast majority of people posting here, wouldn’t take a job that paid less than what you thought you were worth, when there are people out there willing to pay you what you think you are worth. He’s to be booed because of that? Correa gave everything he had for this franchise while he was here, including standing up and defending Altuve. You don’t have to cheer for him because he is after all on the other team, but he deserves respect from the Astros fan base.
I just hope all those booing, remember to boo Kyle Tucker when/if the Astros decide not to give him $300M plus.

Correa is a player I wish we still had, but we were not going to pay that amount as club policy That’s what the Angels and Yankees do, and the records reflect that.
