Braves gave their ace a 2-run lead in a pennant clincher, and he immediately gave it right back and then some. Dodgers are relentless at the plate, and have the arms to make everyone else jealous. They smell the blood in the water.

I wouldnāt mind going to Atlanta for a game.
I actually like Atlanta, as a city, and would love to see that new ball yard. I went to a game at the old one in its last season, and thought it was plenty nice. Iām sure the new one is as well, apart from being in the middle of fucking nowhere.
We were going to go the weekend Hurricane Ida rolled in, and cancelled because . . . Ida. Maybe no hurricanesāll roll in in October.
I went to Atlanta for some training about a decade ago and discovered I was intensely allergic to it. Was miserable the whole week. My only relief was loading up on benadryl when I got to the hotel in the evening but of course that meant falling asleep around 7. The instructor told me that wasnāt an unusual reaction to the area. Shame because it was pretty nice.
Huh. Never heard of that, unless it was a certain time of year and you reacted to some environmental thing. I would suspect that people may react the same way to the yellow snow season in Houston in early spring.
What does Baker do with the outfield in the National League park? Does he sit Brantley? Tucker? Does Tucker play center?
Iām guessing whatever happens, Alvarez is in the field. I could see Alvarez, Meyers, Tucker. I canāt see Brantley or Alvarez in right.
